We only use this information for these purposes and don't use it to build profiles of individuals or for anything beyond delivering and improving our client work.

Where the enquiry is from a prospective client, this also allows us to take the steps needed to agree a contract with them. How long we keep information

We keep personal information for the following periods: enquiries that do not lead to a client engagement are kept for up to 12 months from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted; client contact and engagement information (such as names, contact details, addresses, and records relating to the work carried out) is kept for the duration of our engagement with you and for up to 6 years afterwards, in line with standard contract record-keeping practice; and complaints or claims are kept for up to 6 years from resolution, to align with the time limit for bringing a contract-related claim in England and Wales. Website usage data collected through Google Analytics and Cloudflare Analytics is retained according to each provider’s own default analytics retention settings. We review the personal information we hold periodically and delete it when it is no longer needed for these purposes.
